Relive the Game Boy Advance classics

Fire GBA Emulator is a free video game utility mobile app that allows you to play classic Game Boy Advance games on your mobile device. This handy emulator offers various old GBA titles in ROM form that you can easily play. It retains the console’s HD graphics and all controls that you can remap and even adjust. However, while the app itself can be launched without issues, running the games themselves may cause the app to crash.

A nostalgic time

The Game Boy Advance or GBA is a 32-bit handheld game console developed by Nintendo as the successor to the Game Boy Color console. It was first released in 2001 as part of the sixth generation of video game consoles. Alongside its redesigned model, the Game Boy Advance SP, this platform became one of the most successful consoles Nintendo has sold in the Game Boy series—and the games made for it subsequently became beloved titles.

With Fire GBA Emulator, you can easily replay or finally try out old GBA games. It offers over 40 titles that you can download—the majority of which are Pokémon games, such as Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald. However, there are also other games from other series like Super Mario Bros., Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, Mortal Kombat Advance, FIFA 2007, Fire Emblem, Mother 3, Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town, and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.

Aside from the games, it offers other cool features like the ability to enable cheats, High-level BIOS emulation, smooth and fast rendering, a virtual screen pad. It also has customizable gamepads, a screenshot function, game speed controls, and controller support. It’s free to use and so ads will play every time you return to the home screen. However, while the app doesn’t have any problems operating, the whole thing can crash as soon as you launch a game after downloading sometimes.

Performance may vary

All in all, Fire GBA Emulator is a great mobile emulator for Game Boy Advance games. It offers various titles that you can already access at the start and brings in features to help customize and heighten your GBA emulation experience. Unfortunately, the games themselves will crash at times and be unplayable depending on your device. It’s recommended to have a 1.0GHz Dual-core and 1GB RAM.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
